Started the Event Makers DMC family in 2004 and have enjoyed every step of the way since then! Being born on the beautiful island of Crete and working in the tourism industry since I was 17years old, this job is second nature.
Dynamic and vibrant as a person, I take my responsibilities seriously and enthusiastically. Leading my team to success requires inspiration, responsibility, generosity, a lot of problem solving, great coordination skills, passion, and love.
I love a good challenge and my greatest reward is the smiles of my clients and the team of Event Makers DMC when another adventure ends successfully. And the success of your event is something I can and will guarantee.
When I am not working as the Managing Director of Event Makers DMC, I work as a DJ in successful events! Also, I love to travel around the world, being with my daughter, family and loved ones, enjoy a good glass of wine and cooking Greek amazing recipes!

Always loved numbers & history as a kid. I studied economics at university, began in tourism but ended up working in the Marketing area for many years. I don’t remember how I landed in the Events & specifically in the DMC industry. It has already been many years & the world has changed.
I have been an Event Maker since the beginning of 2016 & still, to this day, I consider it the best decision I have taken, profession-wise.
Events Makers is not my job. It is my family.
Friends will tell you that I am very competitive, and I don’t like coming second.
I don’t believe in motivation! I believe in hard work & dedication.
I also don’t believe in talent! I like people who give a little extra each time.
I don’t demand others to be perfect, giving whatever they got and leaving with an empty tank is more than enough for me.
Day in and day out, I challenge myself to be a better version of Miltos.

It has been 2 years since I was inducted into the Event Makers family, and almost 15 years working in the tourism sector. I have spent most of my life (more than25years) abroad and thus think & act like a foreigner which is key when communicating with clients & understanding their needs.
Due to my social character, I like working in teams with a common vision & goals. Creative problem solving & critical thinking are the methods I use to tackle problems at hand, but also pro-active and forward thinking where applicable.
In my free time I enjoy adventure and being creative. I find adventure in motorbikes, travelling and visiting the beach. I document these activities with the use of my camera but also enhance my creativity by undertaking urban art projects and creating music through various standalone musical machines & other electronic gear.

I have been in the Event Makers team for almost a year now and during the past year I have learned a lot about everything and have tried to contribute to the team dynamics in every way possible. Even though I am relatively new to the tourism industry, what I lack in experience I gain with my fast-learning skills and desire to learn.
Being half Greek and half Japanese, I was always eager to “show off” Athens and Greece to all the relatives who would visit from Japan, and this is when my interest for the tourism industry started. Even though I have only lived in Athens and only visited my mother’s hometown during the summer vacations, most of my most important childhood core memories are from there.
I always try to bring some elements from the Japanese culture in my daily live in Greece and I am keeping up with the news & pop culture so I will not lose my ties with Japan and the language.
I am friendly, open-minded, love sustainability and in my free time I like reading about destinations worldwide, experimenting with cooking and watching cat videos.

After more than two decades of seasoned expertise, I have extensive experience in the travel, hospitality and sports industries. With a wealth of hands-on experience and a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences, I specialize in planning, organizing, and executing events that leave a lasting impact.
My journey has taken me across Europe, where I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with major players in the tourism sector, including enriching experiences in Switzerland. Whether orchestrating intimate gatherings or managing mega-events hosting thousands, I thrive on the challenge of bringing visions to life.
Originally from the vibrant city of Athens, Greece, my academic pursuits led me to earn diplomas in Tourism from V.T.I. of Piraeus and in Business Administration from the Hellenic Open University of Patras. These educational milestones, coupled with real-world experience, fuel my drive to continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible in event management.
